Can be made to withstand outdoor elements when 3 coats of clear varnish is added on all sides of the sign. This process is not included with the purchase price listed.

~CUSTOM Seaside COTTAGE~ is 12"H & 30" W. It's painted with an aged soft Cottage White background & black lettering. I added a beautiful iron flourish at the top. It wouldn't be complete without a free hand painted lighthouse & sea birds!
