It's made of white acrylic and is food safe. This topper stands 4.5 inches tall NOT including the spike. The spike is permanently attached to the design and cannot be removed.

They are available in Black, White, Brown, Ivory, Clear, Green, Red, Orange, Yellow, Blue and Smoked Gray.
